Last weeks Sofar Sounds show, took place at Mohawk, a flooring company. It was a fun, light hearted atmosphere that set the perfect mood for the evening. The week was pretty rough and honestly, I needed to sing and spit (rap) my heart out. Chip, Conor and I warmed up away from the performance area to loosen up a bit and shake off the woes of the week. We set the evening off with acoustic renditions of “Magic Man, “Shotgun”, a cover of Stevie Wonder’s “Big Brother” and tried out a new song (that is a work in progress) called “A-OK”. There were killer sets by Treya and a band, Bailen. Check out these photos taken by the awesome, Deb Carlin (@debcarlin)!!
